What does it cost?
Each service kit or exhibitor gateway is licenced and priced individually, based on the number of exhibitors for an event. We charge on a per show cycle basis.
 
Is it difficult to use and do I need any training?
We take care of the entire production process, releasing you to undertake more important roles. A short one-day training session will ensure you have sufficient skills to use the system to its maximum.
 
What support do you provide?
You, your contractors and your exhibitors are fully supported for the duration of your events. You will have a dedicated production manager, who will manage your exhibitor kit and will be able to advise you on best practice and procedures. In addition, our global office network in the UK, Singapore and the USA is able to support you wherever you are.

You can access income and expenditure information at any time and resolve financial issues before they become problematical and costly. Exhibitors are able to purchase products and services online, submitting their payment authorisation immediately, thus improving cashflow.
 
Higher income
emsystem's Visitor Services options provide you with revenue opportunities, by enabling you to offer your exhibitors catalogue entry upgrades, logos, product listings, product pictures and advertising, in a format that can be amended and distributed immediately with no additional print, fax or mailing costs.
