EMC Service Requests

The team at EMC is available to help you with using this system and to resolve any difficulties or problems you may have while using it. If you require service or technical support directly from EMC, please contact us by e-mail as above. Your request will be routed to our Customer Service helpdesk and assigned a ticket number. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail, and our support team will respond to your request in due course.

Please note that NON-TECHNICAL and ADMINISTRATIVE enquiries about shows or exhibitor services must be directed to the appropriate event organizer or supplier.
